Never Now I have a headlight out that should have been addressed

The communication was a zero, I felt the car was there to long before anyone talked to me and I was the one calling. The headlight isn’t working on the side wrecked. Have not had that addressed yet because of the recent weather issue. The car was very clean when I picked it up. The customer service was not what I felt it should have been given my concern it would have been totaled. Not sure I will ever do business with you in the future for that reason. Nor will I ever recommend the shop to anyone! I 1st time my car was there was completely different service and it was in and out and I was updated as I should have been
