The bodywork completed on my truck looks great. I’m dissatisfied that I’ve got a 4 year old truck that leaks water for a second time into the cab from the rear window. I’m dissatisfied that I get an extended warranty notice notifying me that Ram would warranty the problem. And while it’s being fixed for hail damage I’m told the warranty work includes caulking and taping the window to hopefully keep water out of the cab. Mines leaked twice, Ram knows there is a problem and wants to bandaid the situation until everyone is out of warranty time instead of taking care of their customers. I won’t be making any Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Ram purchases in the future.

Mechanical repairs appeared fine but auto body repairs weren’t perfect. Vehicle wasn’t even detailed on the outside correctly. Had dead bugs on driver side outside rear view mirror and it supposedly went back into detail because they missed spots.

Im very satisfied with the repairs to my Honda. The guys In collision were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond and kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle. They made sure my car was nice and clean at the time of pick up. I would definitely recommend Main Street dodge and would use their services again if needed.
