My only complaint is that the inside of the car was very dusty from the work done. Nothing a damp towel didn’t clean up but I thought the tech or someone would have cleaned up themselves.

I think the repairs look great, it looks better than it ever looked. I would say the timeline was a little longer than I would have expected but as long as the repairs were done properly it doesn’t matter a whole lot. The customer service was also great, everyone answered my questions that I had. Thank you!

The repairs have turned out well the car looks better than before the accident. I appreciate the details. I would say only a few things need work and that is the communication with customers and staff to staff. There was a few times where staff said they would keep me up to date on due dates but almost everytime I had to call first and figure out what was going on. There was also a time where the crew forgot to order parts which delayed pick up. But nonetheless I am satisfied with the finished product thank you.
