Firstly, the communication between them and I was absolutely terrible. It seemed to take what was like forever to get stuff done and when I came to pick it up this evening, I found that the only thing they had done was replaced the door possibly. It is not lining up properly at all, and you could see the distinct difference as it is most definitely lined up lower on the front side. The work looks absolutely terrible that they did. They claimed that they had removed the better truck and repaired the bed as well as the front wall of the bed. They did absolutely nothing, and I cannot see any evidence of the bed being removed. The right hand side of the truck they claimed that they had repaired the right rear panel. That is the same exact way that it was when I dropped it off the rear bumper. The rear bumper is the same exact bumper that it was before nothing is any different. The front bumper once again, not replaced not repaired not fixed even the minor stuff. They didn’t have the decency to buff it out or even wash the truck. I don’t know how much you paid these guys to hold my truck for almost 7 Weeks and make up one used after another about it being done, but these people do not belong in business, Govern yourselfs Chris Murray. I’ve now brought my 2013 Chevrolet Suburban to Major’s Select Collision twice for body work, and both experiences have been outstanding. The quality of their work is truly phenomenal. They pay attention to detail and make your vehicle look like new again. From the moment you walk in, the team is welcoming, friendly, and professional. They create an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, which really goes a long way during what can be a stressful situation. A special shoutout to Kelly! She is nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance questions and made the entire process smooth, all the way through to returning my rental car. I dealt with an estimator named Sam at Majors. He was very professional and knowlegable and made my experience gratifying. The repairs to my vehicle (the vehicle was brand new, less than a year old) were fantastic.

Waiting for new mirror. The other mirror is hard to look at. It makes me feel cross eyed. Kim noticed it but the manager didnt. He is ordering a new one.
