The customer service was very poor. Even though having my car for over a month, no one communicated to me the status or update on the repairs. I would have to make multiple calls and leave messages which were never returned. Every time I would call the receptionist would say that the person is out for lunch or not available and would leave a message to call me back which he never did. I even had to go in person to get updates on my repairs. I would not recommend Malloy collision to anyone as a result.

The repair work was excellent. However, when we got the car back, the back half of the interior had not been cleaned. Also, tape residue remained on the rear window and a little bit was still above the doors.
