Great experience, they communicated very well and were timely in the repair process. Worked well with my insurance and the job was done cleanly. They repaired my car to what it looked like before the damages caused by a hit and run.

I suppose I would let people know who I used if someone asked me but it’s unlikely any of my friends would ask because most of them don’t drive and would probably go through their own insurance to select a body shop that’s covered…

The work they did on what they repaired is a 10…the bumper looks good as new…only reason why I rated 9 is because the quote for the other repair jobs was way out of my budget. I would have liked them to pop the dent out of the door for a small fee but instead he estimated a full door replacement and maybe that’s right way to go about it, but I found a guy riding around in a dent repair truck who popped it out for a few hundred bucks and we will see whether or not it passes Toyota inspection when the time comes I guess.
