We had to pay out an additional payment for unfinished work to the dealership.

The lady that was assisting me (I’m so sad I never asked for her name) was amazing throughout the whole process. She made me feel very comfortable. I felt like she got my back and I could trust her with everything. And of course, the shop did a great job on the repair.
