Caroline has a great presence and demeanor, extremely kind and accommodating! Only disappointed that damaged license plate was not reported which lacks transparency. Just wanted to know what happened to cause peeling so that it could be avoided in a similar situation in the future. Other than that, beautiful repairs and buffing.
