I am reluctant to give a 10 for customer service. From my perspective it should be a 20, but it doesn't go that high. Brian exudes confidence and integrity that he and the Mander team will get it back to new worry free. They did and then some.

The team did an excellent job on my side mirror. They went above and beyond to make sure it was completed in a timely fashion and even traveled 40 min to my job to finish the job when it was not going to be done in time. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent experience overall. Body work was great, paint matching was spot on, all the sensors and electrical components worked normally, communication was good, and the process with insurance was super smooth. This was our second time bringing a car to Mander, and both times were excellent.

The hydro blue paint color on my ram is tough to paint match, but the job they did looks like it is from the factory. The bumper and body panels and exhaust all lined up and fit like new, and all electronic components were working properly. Communication was excellent, work was done in a timely fashion, and the process with my insurance company was seamless. This is our second time having a vehicle repaired after an accident at Mander Cedarburg, and both times have been excellent experiences.
