All the work was done satisfactorily. The estimate for completion of the repairs was initially early in the week of 2/10 but it was changed to 2/14 (Friday) and completed on 2/12. I wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle till 2/13 thus saving the cost of one day of car rental. This is my second experience with Mander (the first was at the Brookfield store where extensive hail damage was repaired) and I appreciated the updates and status communications from the Hartland location. Everyone was friendly and professional. Another benefit was the coordination with the Oconomowoc Enterprise office that was efficient and helpful when I needed a rental vehicle while mine was being repaired. I would recommend the Mander Hartland location to anyone needing professional repair and service.

I did have to return to the facility because a rubber strip on the passenger side was not glued down properly. It was immediately addressed and I was in & out of the facility within 15 minutes. I did appreciate the text updates during the repair.

When I talked to anyone they were totally helpful. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 was when I brought the car in I was told I would get 2 calls a week to let me know how things were going and I didn't. When I called in I was told some system had been updated and obviously wasn't working properly but after that I did receive texts with updates.
