Our car battery was dead when we arrived to pick it up. Had to jump start it. The trunk was left open and the interior lights were all on which drained the battery. Had to buy a new battery.

I brought the vehicle in the a deer claim and I was focusing on that. I was hoping you would see the drivers door handle, rear bumper and see if I wanted that fixed. I can live with them the way they are. Great work on the deer work.

Based on pricing factors, having to move second row seats back to previous position, having to research how to turn my fog lights off, and will need to replace a light or repair it

I had a few issues. Called and Was told it wouldn’t be ready until next week, but was actually done a week earlier, so sat outside in below zero weather for several days leading to dead battery. Also had to return to get hand prints cleaned from interior. Personnel was very nice about things, but still expected better.
