My repair took twice as long as originally promised (12 weeks, compared to the original estimate of 6 weeks), and the repair wasn't initially done to Mercedes-Benz-certified level of quality, forcing a portion of the repair to be redone or, more accurately, completed fully and properly (creating additional delays and eroding my confidence in the overall repair quality and attention to detail). I'm very unlikely to return to Mander Fleet or recommend Mander Fleet to a friend or colleague.

Justin and Rebecca were great. Very professional. Rebecca went out of her way to deliver my forgotten garage door opener to my house. Justin a very nice person, but wondering if he is a good listener. I explained that I would pay for my damage to my truck, and the person who hit me, his insurance company will pay the rest (all work done at the same). Didn't happen quite that way. They only fixed what the insurance would cover. But, Rebecca to the rescue, she actually gave me a discount for the misunderstanding in I'm very much satisfied...Thanks again Rebecca.

Mander has done some repair on a previous car I had long ago and did a wonderful job. When the insurance company started listing off repair shops for my damaged car Mander was mentioned first, I told her not to go any further, that was the exact place I wanted to go.
