You helped us deal with our larcenous insurance company which was trying every trick they knew to deny payment, then after beating them into submission you were able to obtain new parts, not the junk yard ones, the insurance company thought we needed, and then the repairs are great: paint matches, seems perfectly aligned and no alignment issues after a front end collision. And everyone we came in contact in the shop was a joy to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Almost worth another wreck to see you folks again.
