Amazing customer service think they did an awesome job and i expecially loved the lady ( sorry terrible with names) who answers the phones. She was very informative and very patient and really helped me out a lot through the whole process. I am very grateful for her because without her I probably would’ve lost my mind due to my insurance company. Everyone was very professional, and very friendly.

I wish I would've took my time looking for other body and collision shops before coming to yall. I told multiple people I took my car to yall shop, it was nothing but bad reviews! Let's just say I hope my paint stays good for more than a year!

Upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle ms. Nicole was very rude to me. She handed me my keys and turned her back around to her computer without telling me that I was good to go.

The car was supposed to be cleaned and detailed. When I picked it up there was a thick coat of paint dust on everything inside and busted glass. I just way my car back so I didn’t say anything

Accident happened in late March. Car wasn’t ready until late June. The receptionist (person who also orders parts) had zero customer skills and the intelligence of a 6 year opd. She even had to be corrected multiple times with her math because she tried to charge wrong. They lied about even working on it and when the parts came in, it just sat there.
