This is my second time going here thinking service would improve but I probably will not go back. This time, I was told I would receive an update on what would be fixed after inspection and sign off on a written agreement for the fixes. There was no update, and the estimator proceeded without my consent. As the vehicle owner, I should have authority for what is being done to my vehicle. There was also a lack of communication on the timeline and when the repairs were complete. I needed to call multiple times for an update and one of those calls I learned my vehicle repairs have been completed (without my consent and awareness) and the vehicle is at the dealership. On top of all this, it looks like my vehicle was cleaned both on the exterior and interior which would have been a nice bonus. However, I noticed some scratches on my dashboard and near the shifter that are new and probably cannot be fixed. Whoever cleaned the interior also caused some visible scratches which I am not happy about. I was tempted to contact MC about this but don’t have optimism that anything will be done so I am writing this feedback instead.

Lack of communication and updates about the repair being done and my car was returned with scratches on the interior dashboard from cleaning the interior and exterior.
