The Marhofer team/ crew was very professional and personable. I was extremely pleased with the progress report text messages that I received regarding my cars' repair status during the process. Overall a very inviting environment with very fun, friendly(and some humorous) people. Will definitely return to them for service if ever needed again!

Extremely satisfying experience! Impeccable workmanship and customer service provided by Joel Boston and his techs. This was our first time with this facility and we are coming back. Amazing follow up with every stage of the repair was reported to us. We were not used to such sincere attention. Also a bonus is the way they detailed our car, first class care. Car looked better than new when they were done. Many thanks again for making us feel special and for paying attention to to all the little things from start to finish.

My report to Liberty mutual included damages to the right passenger door and rear bumper. However when I picked my car up all of the repairs were not complete. I notified the technician who said they would follow-up with Liberty mutual and done one would contact me. It has been 2 weeks since I picked up my car and no one has contacted me about the unfinished work.
