Missed a meeting due to stated repair not having been done, causing time and processing added when problem was pointed out upon leaving. They had to put my car up on the rack and test, to find the work hadn't been performed. Rotating my tires didn't solve the wheel alignment issue, it proved it hadn't been done as supposed to have been. Wheel alignment was done. etc
