The Collision Center staff are excellent to work with. I was continually updated as to the status of the repairs. The work performed was perfect and my Explored was returned in showroom condition. The staff at Don hall were very helpful in getting my car fixed. The body shop manager Brian Cunningham was super professional along with the secretary and body shop staff. They did an excellent job!

The paint looks great, but the hood did not get completely painted, the bumper is falling down on one side, the hood shakes at highway speed, there is over spray all under the hood, paint flaking on the radiator cradle, the drivers side door is jamming, and I was going to over look all of this but , the drivers side window does not work properly, AND I have been with out My truck for 2 months and now I have to take it back and I don't have a rental,I can not afford to pay for one and be partially reimbursed! Not happy with this experience by NO means. The staff is very nice, but I need results!!!!!!

Absolutely the best experience with a collision center, most parts were on back order and I was consistently kept up to date with estimating the completion date. The date came to pick up my car and it looked better than new!
