your staff treated me disrespectfully and to make it worst my rear tire was so low i had a flat going home guess that was my fault too... your staff told state farm vehicle done on 18th why didn't you tell me

i feel that i was treated disrespectfully by the body shop ..i was never notified that the vehicle was done until a text on the 19th. i had an issue with the driver door window which i was told would be fixed so didn't take vehicle never recvd call until state farm
