Brought in my car for repair on my bumper and when I picked it up and inspect it. I saw scratches on my brand NEW rims I just bought my self for $1,000 cash! And they will be paying for it. To even top it off they detailed my car after the bumper repair and when I checked the inside of my car my back seats were soaked! I even had water in my trunk that got everything wet and RUINED MY COLLEGE TEXT BOOKS. Those books all total up to $600!! That I paid with my own money for my education! Are you kidding me!! Martin Auto Park WILL pay for the damages they caused or you WILL BE hearing from me A LOT.

forget this place! ! I have had issues for years. they have screwed up my car countless times from the oil filter blowing off after an oil change, to scratching my rims this makes twice! ! they are not careful with your wheels when they clean them I swear they just throw them to the ground. Fuck this place

are u kidding me??? they scratched my $1,000 RIMS that YAL ARE GOOGLE TO HAVE TO PAY FOR AND TO TOP IT OFF SOAKED MY ENTIRE BACK SEATS and left water in the trunk that damaged all my fucking college books!!! yal will pay for those because it totals to $800 in just in books!! Talk to Juan in body shop because he fucking knows what happened.

Though it took longer than expected, the repair looks very good. Everyone is extremely nice. Hopefully I won't need to but I would come back if need be.

people have to work and need their vehicles it's very irritating when they tell u 7 days and it takes 3 weeks. didn't offer me a rental until last 5 days because I called and complained. They were in such a hurry at the end that I was called to come get my vehicle and it wasn't complete. then got a call back and was told never mind it won't be ready for another 2 days. finally got the call it was ready and when I got there they told me right before I drove off that they forgot to do the inspection and please feel free to bring it back. very frustrating. now I did find problems and have to take it back in.

So far I am very impressed white the service. And the time they toke to. Finshed the job. That they done. I do not no if they suppst to clean the car. But They did it. Wow!!! They done a awesom job!!!! Very impressed; I toke my car home and put it and the garage. Thank you!!!!
