The service was great and I am satisfied with the service provided. I am not happy with the lead time it took to acquire the necessary parts to complete the repair. GM could not supply an estimate on arrival for a new part and therefore I made the decision to go with a used part. I understand backorders happen, but if no timeframe can be provided how can anyone be expected to plan. GM needs to do better.

Shawn does such a good job on my car and the people were so considerate about letting me know about everything that was going on. I think I will try to do my maintenance for my Toyota there instead of going to Toyota. I was very impressed with the good service I got. Sean went above and beyond anything that was expected he even detailed my car.

I had very good service and Sean went way above and beyond anything that was supposed to be done. He detailed my car which she did not need to do and I was kept informed about what was going on. I am thinking about getting my maintenance done there instead of going to Toyota.

I go there because it's convenient but trying to get a rental car from enterprise in this area is horrible which is not martins fault , And with them treating you like your a bother I would probably go somewhere else if it was as convenient as this place . I know that's harsh but several years ago they was top notch and went above and beyond for customers idk if it's just change in staff and management but you can definitely tell a difference in customer service.

As far as the service and the work was done good . They missed a lug nut was broken and didn't replace it while it was there so now I gotta take it back to get fixed . Before repairs when I was scheduling drop off they told me my insurance wouldn't want my car to sit there to many days because I needed to drop it off before a holiday so I called my insurance to double check and my insurance doesn't have a problem with it sitting till they got to it so idk on that one .

I was satisfied overall with the work martin as a whole could work on their customer service they kind of come off as your a bother when you call them about your vehicle I've taken several vehicles here to be fixed so it's not just based off a one time deal.
