They never called me with any updates. The one time I actually spoke to someone I had to call. All other communication was text updates but not from an advisor only a generic text telling me it was being worked on.

They repaired the plastic foot pad no problem. Did not pay attention to one thing I said about my truck. Paid no attention to ripple in the left side bumper, told them it moved 3 inches to the right. Didn't even check the alignment. Not happy
