I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship. The price was right. The only concern I had was to let the customer know a little closer to when the vehicle was gonna be done. I was giving approximation of two days. It turned out to be a little over three but that’s really no big deal if the workmanship makes up for that little comment and it’s all worth it and it did. Will recommend the friends and come back if I ever need work done again.

I initially called to inquire about having a windshield replaced. The gentleman Chris that I spoke to was professional and extremely helpful. My Toyota part was ordered and the glass was placed promptly. From the first phone call until I was out the door all team members were extremely communicable and timely in letting me know what was being done and how long things would take. I even asked Chris about some bodywork that I needed done when I was leaving. He took the time to look things over and assured me they could take care of that as well. I will definitely use Maryland Collision Center again.

There’s no thoughts or concerns. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The gentlemen with the full beard was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me. I was sent updates on my car as it got repaired. The waiting process to get my car repaired was fast which I loved. Anyone who lives in the Owing Mills, Reisterstown MD area i recommend you go here and no where else. I give this place 10 ⭐️’s.
