Met with Paul Boutelle when I dropped my car off - he was polite, listened to my concern about needing car b/4 my upcoming out-of-town trip - inspected car & said he’d do his best, & would be in touch with me. He was fast, thorough, efficient & knowledgeable … & kept his word, called & let me know the parts were in, when car was ready for pickup in & it was perfect timing…a pleasure doing business with him, as well as your cashier, Angie Povio - who also was informative, polite & fast! the car looks great… thank you!
