I actually thought this was going to be a nightmare, like every other company, but I was highly surprised and beyond satisfied with the way Paul kept me informed every couple days. The lady at the front, sorry I forgot her name, was a pure pleasure to talk with. She differently knows her job. Hats off to everyone involved. Fred Vaillancourt !!!!
