I liked the updated texts. I liked the step by step updates. I liked being called the day of to tell me my car would most likely be ready that day for pick up. I had time to prepare. Danny informed me every step. Love the one stop shopping which is one of the main reasons I chose Masters. I know first hand the excellent work that is done in the shop and the trusted work ethic. Love that Geico adjuster and Enterprise are on sight. Love the attention to detail. When my car was ready ready Danny drove my car around for me and noticed a bulb was out. Everyone including the girls at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Made the inconvenience of the accident minus another hassle. Shop runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the process was seamless and that they really cared that I go through no more inconvenice. . And I really loved the display of patriotism for our country Ok I can go on and on. Bottom line... I was more than satisfied.
