I am dealing with a very aggravating situation outside of the bodywork repair to my car. Master body Works actually made this the easiest part of the process. They were very communicative. They actually told me it would take longer than it did which I would rather that than take longer than they originally gave. And my car looks great. I hope to not have to work with master body again because I don’t want damage to my car but if I do, I’ll look forward to the process with them. Thank you

Didn’t clean up some of the stuff was left in side the car sticky something around the window frame ,water inside, tape underneath and something white on the seat

Charging me $500 to store my car for only 2 business days is ridiculous. I get into an accident hundreds of miles from home, get told by BMW to tow to you, decide to have car fixed closer to home, and you charge me $500? You guys suck.

Looks good but looking in the bed there was a peice of something that something that goes on the truck some where. There is paint flaw on the side where they repainted it. I will bring it back by there so they can see it for themselves.
