Having door handle and door fixed as part of the repairs. They didn't include the handle or the repair of the dents put into the door by a runaway grocery cart in the estimate. Called after the work was started to increase the price by almost double.

MBW did an excellent job with my repairs. Although there were some issues and the vehicle had to be returned a couple of times, it is important to note that the issues encountered were outside of MBW's control. MBW went above and beyond to rectify all issues.

The customer service was excellent. The body work was excellent as well. The dashboard has lights on that were not on. "TRANSMISSION NOT IN PARK" The cruise control is engaged when I come to a stop. There is a humming sound that driving. I thought about taking it back but I need my vehicle for work I work out of town and can't afford to rent a car for re-evaluation of my truck and repair. I was also concerned about how they would feel about issues and having to re-evaluate and repair my vehicle. I should have contacted them the next day but I figured it wouldn't do any good considering it somehow passed a quality control check with with all those issues in the dashboard that were not there prior to service.
