Can't fully comment because we didn't take delivery at the time the shop tried to deliver it because the job was incomplete.

I could not take delivery of our vehicle because the lower bumber color did not match, the inside panel of the liftgate was not repaired, the door joints had shop dust that was not cleaned and the liftgate was not properly alligned. We did not take delivery because the job was incomplete.

They were very nice, however we can't understand how our vehicle got past Quality control with those very visible issues before it was to be returned to us.

They do an awesome job. The whole time they give you an update on your vehicle while being repaired. I highly recommend them if you want your car did the right way and in a timely manner, depending on your cars situation.
