Was told my vehicle would be secure but when my husband and I drove by on Friday evening, our truck was by the road and was probably out there all weekend, in a shady part of town with higher crime. I was lied to and who knows what could have happened. I expressed my concern about this prior to proceeding with your shop after being told it would be secured.

I’ve never had work done on a car before and have no frame of reference for how long it would take. I was assuming it’d be day or two, so I was a little shocked that it would en up being weeks without a car. I was not given even a rough estimate of how long it would take, at least on the scale of days vs weeks would have been appreciated. But outside of that the repairs were well done and communication during the process was great.
