I loved absolutely everything about my experience with Matthews, from the text updates, to the service, and how my repairs turned out. The only qualm I have is that my car interior has a very sour odor in it now that I'm assuming is from the paint that was applied to the exterior? But it almost smells like a mix between gasoline and vomit. Not so pleasant. Also, there were brown sticky spots left on my center console. Other than that, service was great!

My vehicle is not fixed. I'm not happy especially because I had it inspected and it was not recommended for inspection due to issues caused by the accident. I relied on Matthews to know what they were doing. The drive shaft is compromised, rims and tires compromised, exhaust manifold leaking, and I am seriously upset that I know more about the vehicle than they do. Also, the driver's side running board is crooked. Really??? They had the vehicle a month and a half. Somebody needs to get a clue!!!
