There communication is very lacking. Get told the day it’s supposed to be done but had I not called I would have no idea it wasn’t done. The second time it was to be done still no phone call.

The staff at the service counter went above and beyond. I felt that they could have put my car in a bay for a couple of hours before i came to pick it up as they knew i was coming and there was a half inch of ice covering it. One of the girls got a scraper and cleared it off
