I was actually surprised at how well you made the repairs. You can not tell where the deer kicked in my door and the paint job blended so well you would never know there was damage done to the door. thank you.

I wish they had a bigger collision department to handle the workload sooner rather than later. Having to wait over two months could drive customers away. Luckily my vehicle was still drivable enough to keep going for those two months or I would have had to look elsewhere to get the work done.

I would to have liked to get a status update daily via text of the progress. Not a status update via text until 4 whole days after picking up the vehicle while you had it for a week. I had to call to get a status update. The only text I got was to fill out this survey.

Very satisfied! They replaced my bumper in less time, than they said it would. The paint matches perfectly. They washed, and detailed the inside of my car. I was so very thankful for the inside detail. Staff is friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend them.
