I had hoped the manager would talk to me briefly about the process as we looked over the car at pick up, and that I would be given post completion instructions for washing and polishing the car. As it was, I paid and left without anyone stepping outside to go over things.

I am happy with the quality of work done. I was not however with continual delay or completion date changes. I do understand however that things do happen. I was happy with how the body shop manager addressed my concerns and would definitely recommend them to anyone
