I had one of the worst customer service experiences with one of your secretaries in your collision department. She was rude and unprofessional and gave me the sense that my business to your company was negligible. I was actually floored by my treatment. Because of that I will find it very hard to ever use your body shop again. I was very surprised, as it was the âpreferredâ shop of my insurance company.
