It took a little longer than expected but I know they are short handed like alot of businesses are. The car looked great when we got it back. We had a small radiator leak and took the car back and they fixed it right away. They do great work and are always a pleasure to work with!

Was in shop for 3 months, worked on it a total of 23 hours all together, paint does not match, they put a broken headlight in the truck but charged for a new one, also charged for new emblems but used the old ones. When I picked up the truck it had a flat tire. Total bill was under 3500$ , they received the insurance check for 3900$ and still charged me 1000$. Bad company, almost to the point of fraud

The repair is great, and my car was returned in clean condition. However, the process was a bit frustrating. I would ensure all parts are in your hands before telling the customer to drop their vehicle off. I was told 4 days for repair and it turned into 9 days before my car was returned due to all parts not being delivered. The emails regarding updates for the vehicle repairs are no where near accurate, so I would also look into that.

Hopefully no friends or family have their cars catch on fire during a road trip, but if they do I hope it happens near Terre Haute. It was a stressful experience and the community and particularly this shop was great.

Everyone we spoke with was friendly, but we were often promised call backs and updates that we didn’t get and we had to follow up ourselves later on. Everything worked out well in the end, but it would have helped our confidence in the process to have the shop take more initiative with communicating.

The repair work was wonderful but shop communication and timing were a nightmare. The finish date continually got pushed out and no contact was made to discuss those matters. I kept calling on the date I was told it’d be finished only to have whoever answered the phone each time give me a different mixed up story and nobody could ever explain the inconsistency of their story compared to the last one I heard. This happened no less than 7 times. One week they told me EVERY day that it would be finished tomorrow and that “they would call me”. The call would never come. The experience left me extremely frustrated as a single mother of a 5 yr old and no support system in Terre Haute left without a car for over a month longer than originally promised.

They did me right. After a collision I had on 7th St. In Terre Haute, IN. They repaired the front end of my car. Drives very well. But the AC is not working. I'll call to see if they worked on that. All in all I'm satisfied with my experience with them
