The front desk representative, who assisted me earlier for check out transaction, was a bit disappointing. First, it doesn't hurt to greet and smile at your customers. (A common courtesy). Unfortunately front desk people plays a big role in keeping customers satisfied. They can make or break the customers trust about the company. So, if you encounter a lady who seemed uninterested. Well, no matter how good the other service is. Will probably have second thoughts of coming back to that location. Secondly, I was in need of assistance going in the office because of my baby's stroller. Unfortunately, no one even bothered to open the door for me. BUT, I think my husband had a nice experience the day he dropped off our car. Also, I did like my newly repaired car. It looks new. Great job on that!
