MB Collision texted multiple times indicating our car was going to be ready for pickup on Dec 5. As we were calling the morning of Dec 5 to check on the pick up time, a staff member said the car still needed to be painted and wouldn't be ready until Dec 9. We didn't have a rental car for two weeks, so would have liked better communication about the delay.

Honestly this was the worst customer service I ever had. I'm really upset. The workers were so rude and acted like they didn't care at all. I came in just trying to get help and they talked to me with attitude and no respect. I left feeling mad and disappointed.I don't want anyone to come back here or go through what I went through. They really need to fix the way they treat people, because this is not okay.
