Fantastic repair and care work! Even better was the meticulous attention to detail in the detailing after repairs looks like a showroom floor truck! Not bad for a 16 yr old vehicle! Ty to the entire team you were all fantastic to deal with despite the circumstances.

I took my Ford Bronco in on April 26th, to have work starting to be done on my vehicle. I had two different claims for my vehicle. One for damage repairs and one for hail. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle on June 5th. Yall had my car for an entire 40 days! Parts ended up on back ordered so they kept keeping my vehicle. I had to incontinence my parents to use their vehicle the entire time. During the time repairs were unable to be done, my vehicle should have been returned to me during that time frame. I have now picked my vehicle up, and my trunk mat is missing. I called on June 11th to ask about the missing mat. I was told I would receive a follow up call. I had to call today, June 15th, to ask about the missing mat as I had not received a call back. I have been told that no one has seen it and that they have to speak to the manager about replacing it. I am horrified by my experience here and will never bring another vehicle back here. Now the Lady when I picked up mr bronco was really helpful with working with me to get my payment to go through which I greatly appreciated. But overall I am very dissatisfied.
