The collision center manager went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible, including returning parts to assist with cost, they also cleaned my car inside and out which was a huge relief with how busy I am, they have no idea how greatly that helped, what a weight lifted!!

Your collision work is outstanding and the time frame for getting in for an estimate and then the repair work is way better then some of the other collision centers in Meadville. I have places tell me they are booking 6-10 months out for repairs. McCandless does a great job at getting people in the schedule in a timely manner.

At one point during the process I had an issue with McCandless. I dropped off my car the night prior, for a scheduled estimate of the damage. The next day, I did not hear from McCandless, so late in the afternoon I called to get an update. I was told that everyone was ill in the collision shop so my car did not get looked at. Don't you think I should have gotten a call earlier in the day from you to tell me the workers were ill and I would NOT be able to get the estimate today? Once the matter was cleared up everything else went smoothly and my car is fixed. Thanks again. Sincerely, Angelo Panzetta.

The bodywork looked good and things were even finished before scheduled. Wes and Jenn were super helpful and professional. The only issue is the back door won’t automatically unlock anymore. It locks with the key fob but wont unlock. Will call shop to have them look at it. This is the third time we have used this body shop and will continue working with them in the future.
