A++ customer service. There was a slight delay in getting a part in to complete my repair, but Alan kept me updated on my status. I really appreciate he kept in the loop and not wondering what was going on. Ray was great to work with having my rental car sitting on the lot, ready to go. McCandless did great on my car! Got it in and fixed right away I couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of my car! I’ve had horrible experiences with other dealerships BUT McCandless Ford is the BEST I’ve ever dealt with!!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I will definitely come back again if I have issues! The body shop should have a key drop box. I had to bring the key back the next day. I didn’t know the box was on the main building, not very convenient
