The first time they told me it was ready for pick up the hood was still off line and bent. I had to point it out. To me that was something I shouldn’t have to point out.

So far … However, the expectations of a customer could be helped by telling the customer ahead of time that the parts ( in my case, a special order grille) wouldl not be ordered until the car is in your possession. In my case, it took over week to replace a simple grill and I certainly did not expect the car to be kept that long. But the repair seems good and I have no complaints about that👍
