Great job on windows & stereo installation, love the tinted window 🖤the staff were all totally awesome, especially the window guy Tim, he was really nice & gave me some really good advice, and they did an excellent job on the windows, the other window guy was super cool too, so was Dave across the street; everyone was super helpful I will recommend both McCartys Auto repair & auto glass to everyone I know 😊

Poor workmanship, inconvenience of not having vehicle way past promised time.

Air current noise coming from the door/window that was repaired is so great that I even stopped driving to make sure the door was closed tightly. It was, and the noise continued. Upon taking the vehicle on a short trip this weekend, I couldn't even hear the radio at increased cruising speeds due to the air noise. It appears the door & or window is not sealed properly. Additionally, the tonneau cover does not work ever since the repair. The motor goes on, but the top only moves a fraction on an inch. I can't use it. Very disappointed that I'm going to have to bring my truck back for a second time to (hopefully) have it properly repaired & have to possibly be without it, driving a sub-standard unsafe tiny rental vehicle again for an unknown length of time. This comes after waiting over a week longer than promised to get my truck back in the first place. It was a nice gesture to reduce the labor charge by $500, however the problems I've encountered with the poor workmanship has tainted that surprise immensely. Jan Meaders

The office staff would be an 8 or 9. The lower mark is attributed to the poor workmanship of the repair as that is a huge part of customer service.
