I feel that if my car could not be repaired as originally, I should have been notified. I was not advised of this, even when I was told my car was ready. I had to point out the difference!

McConnell collusion is amazing. I had a rear end accident. I took my car in for repairs and in 7 working days I picked it up and it looked like new. There team of 9 technicians worked on my car all at once. Each was responsible for different aspects of the repair and they worked as a team to get everything completed to perfection. I have heard many people complain about other collision shops taking over 4 months to repair their car. Not McConnell. The ladies at the front desk are valuable assets in the process. They helped me with transportation to the car rental and guided me with excellent advice throughout. I highly recommend this Collision shop to everyone.
