I bought my truck at McConnell and have always been given the red carpet treatment. I had my car door damaged and McConnell collision did a fantastic job repairing it to like new. Very happy about the service. The collision team were very nice and their repair team is nothing short of top notch.

I Had Requested SPECIFICALLY TO Ms. RACHEL TO PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL THE FRONT NAME PLATE BACK ON MY NEW BUMPER. When I Recieved the Car back. The NAME PLATE HAD BEEN INSTALL BACK TO MY NEW BUMPER. I ALSO ASKED HER IF THE CAR WAS WASHED AND CLEANED. SHE SAID THE CAR WAS WASHED AND CLEANED. THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AND WAS VERY DIRTY.

Rachel was incredible to work with. She got my car right in for repairs and began working on it immediately. She walked me through the processes, kept me informed and delivered a top notch job. She was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. She is tops at her job! I just can't say enough good about my experience with Rachel.
