A year ago I was disappointed with the service department after a brake job. Driving away the wheel started vibrating terribly. We had to pull over and stop. When I called I was asked to drive the vehicle back and they were only open another 15 minutes. The van was not drivable. My son was able to tighten the lug nuts which had not been tightened properly. This was a 2009 Chrysler town and country. This was March of 2021. I had just lost my husband in January and was caring for my mother, who passed in April 2021. She was very upset as she had recommended the service department for the brake job. I decided to give this dealership another chance to undo the bad opinion I had. The body shop did an excellent job and the service department did an oil change and tire rotation. The lug nuts were properly tightened.
