No call to update status of car when it took longer than the week quoted. Plus no return calls when I called about car when I left a message. Had to stop by shop in order to get an update because no one returned my calls. Would have been nice to have someone show and explain work done on car instead of just being given an invoice without any explanation of work. Plus when I tried to ask a question the response I received was your car is like it was before the accident. I felt rushed out of office and that the person either didn’t know the answer to my question or didn’t want to take the time to answer. Felt your car is done now leave.

I think McDaniel motors did a wonderful job on my vehicle. They answered the questions that I needed to know about how long it would take to fix it.
