After three months, I got my car back. The hood was not aligned properly the AC was making a horrible noise and there was a ding. They fixed all of that after three more days in the shop. After I got it back the second time, I noticed more scratches, a large gouge and a red mark. I am so exhausted from all of this that I just give up.

They did a great job repairing my vehicle after it was damaged due to someone else crashing into the side of my car. They also vacuumed my car so that’s a plus! Thank you guys, I will definitely recommend people to go here for their repair needs!

I am still awaiting the replacement of a broken trunk liner handle on one of my other vehicles from a prior repair as well. My handle was broken and no one communicated this to me. It was also found upon the inspection of the vehicle and punctually reported.

I was originally told that the piece under my bumper was too damaged for repair so a new part was ordered. Thus, extending the length of time that my vehicle would be in the shop for the repairs. However, after the extended time for the ordering of the replacement part and repairs, the car was repaired with the old part. This was never communicated to me and I was called to pick up the vehicle as fully repaired. Upon inspection, I noticed that the bumper wasn’t flush to the vehicle and when i mentioned it, I was told that the old part must have been used and in order to get the bumper flush and secured to the vehicle that a new part would need to be ordered. So, when the part arrives and in about a month, I will have to place the vehicle back in the shop without a rental.
