The cost also went up $1000-1500 from the original estimate. If this had been a cash payment from me I would have been very disappointed. I know you work directly with the insurance company in this case but an explanation of the added cost would be good sine it was ~20% more.

I am happy with the work overall. My main issue is around timing and time estimates. I was given a start/drop off date on a Monday and it didn’t appear it was looked at until Friday. If you aren’t going to look at it for the week I would have preferred to of had access to my car and just dropped it off Friday morning. Always happy to have work completed early but the estimate was to keep the car another week. I realize it’s tough to give good finishing estimates but the start date could be worked on. Thank you
