When I picked up the car it was not fixed completely. I went back the same day an was told what was still wrong and to bring it back on Monday morning. I did that and ask for someone to call me and let me know when I could expect to get the car back. I am without a vehicle now. I need my vehicle in working order as I have granddaughters that I have to take to school and pickup from school.

My only complaint was lack of communication about when repair was to start, especially since I had to coordinate with the car rental. I can understand how encumbered you might be with labor shortage and the supply chain delays, but timely texts might have helped.

There was a small nick in the door that I requested them to fix. They painted over the chip in the paint instead of sanding it down to make it smooth
